Here’s to the Midwest!
We’re celebrating the end of Q1 2022 with a bang! Last Friday we closed our Midwest Portfolio and today (Tuesday) we’ll close our Jacksonville Portfolio. We’re still going after the cash flow!
TEAM EFFORTS PAY OFF
Very proud of our team for getting the Midwest “beast” across the finish line. It was a little more challenging than we anticipated, but it was well worth the effort. The best way to grow is to push yourself a little further than you feel comfortable. We did that – and we’re a better team because of it. Thanks to a great team both inside REM and outside (brokers, lenders, legal counsel, title, etc). It was 100% a team effort to tackle this one.
Now on to getting the Jacksonville portfolio closed today, and it’ll be time for a well-earned 5- minute break.
